What needs looking at today

Short answer

The advertising screen does not only show numbers; it counts what needs doing today. Bid waste, harvest candidates, negative candidates, bid-up opportunities and trend anomalies are listed separately. Every card carries its evidence: how many clicks, how much spend, how much in sales.

Reading a report and getting work done are different things

A sortable table tells you where to look. It does not tell you what to do, and on a large account "where to look" is still hundreds of rows.

Counting findings by type turns the morning into a short list: twenty-three bid waste cases, forty-four harvest candidates, twenty-three negative candidates.

Every card carries its evidence

A recommendation without numbers is an opinion. Each finding states the target, the campaign, the clicks, the spend and the sales it was based on.

That makes disagreeing possible. If the evidence is thin for your account, you can say so and the case log remembers it.

Coverage gaps: seeing what is not there

Most tools can only report on what is running. A product with no campaign at all produces no rows, so it never shows up as a problem.

The coverage view inverts that: products with no ads, products running on auto only, products with a handful of targets — ranked by the sales they are already making without help.
