Pull the order, match the product, move the stock, issue the invoice
Short answer
The flow is the same for every channel: the order is pulled, the listing is matched to a stock product, the warehouse rule decides where it ships from, and the invoice is issued in the layout the company’s country requires.

Manual entry does not survive volume
At twenty orders a day entering them by hand is tedious; at two hundred it is a full-time job that still produces errors.
Each step in the flow is a place an error used to enter — the quantity, the price, the tax rate, the warehouse. Removing the typing removes the error class, not just the time.
Frequently asked questions
How often are orders pulled?
On a schedule, and some channels push new orders immediately via webhook. The last sync time is shown per channel.
Can I still enter an order by hand?
Yes. Manual orders sit in the same list and follow the same flow.
