Money you hold and money that is on its way

Short answer

Cash, bank accounts, card processor balances and marketplace receivables are shown together but not added together carelessly — a payout that has not arrived is not cash, and treating it as cash is how a business runs out of it.

Receivable is not cash

Marketplace payouts can sit two weeks out. A dashboard that adds them into "available" produces a number that cannot pay a supplier today.

They are shown next to each other, counted separately, and both feed the cash calendar on their own dates.

Accounts keep their own currency

A euro account stays in euros. Conversion happens for the total only, at the day’s rate, so the account balance always matches the bank.

Frequently asked questions

Are marketplace payouts counted as cash?

No. They are shown as receivables and enter the cash calendar on their expected date.

Can I hold accounts in several currencies?

Yes. Each account keeps its own currency; totals are converted for display.
