Marketplace, store and manual orders in one list

Short answer

Orders pulled from every channel sit in the same list as the ones you enter by hand. The channel is written on the row, orders that are not yet invoiced are counted at the top, and they can be invoiced in bulk.

One list, or one list per channel

Reading each marketplace in its own dashboard means the answer to "what sold today" lives in five places. Worse, the five do not agree on what counts as a sale.

Pulling them into one list makes the comparison possible and keeps cancellations and returns out of the revenue figure in the same way for every channel.

Invoicing in bulk, not one at a time

Marketplace orders arrive faster than anyone invoices them by hand. The list counts what is waiting and issues the documents in one action, in the layout the company’s country requires.

Frequently asked questions

Can I invoice many orders at once?

Yes. Uninvoiced orders are counted at the top of the list and can be invoiced in bulk.

Are cancellations counted in revenue?

No. Cancellations and returns are excluded from the revenue figure and reported separately.
