What was paid, against what should have been
Short answer
The payout is compared with the expected amount order by order. A larger deduction than expected shows as a difference, not as noise, and orders that were never paid are listed separately.

The payout total always looks plausible
A deposit of forty thousand looks right because there is nothing to compare it with. The errors are in individual orders — a commission charged at the wrong rate, a refund deducted twice.
Comparing per order is the only way those surface, and the sum of small differences is rarely small.
